The Unknown
The unknown is perhaps the most daunting thought that can run through our mind. The unknown leaves too many questions unanswered and presents too many possibilities for failure. The unknown is what keeps people investing their time in activities that keep them stagnant but comfortable. The unknown will never be explored if someone believes that a negative outcome is the only thing to fill the gap of the unknown, never even considering the possibility of a positive outcome.
What am I going to be doing in 3 months? How is my next performance going to be on the field or at work? How am I going to live in this chaotic world we live in? There are so many questions that run through our head when we consider the unknown and we end up turning a neutral concept into something that only has negative outcomes.
The questions that run through your head when considering options for the questions marks in your life cannot be all negatively skewed. Consider a couple of questions that have you come out the other side on top. What if I become a better person because of this? What if I find constant happiness on the other side of the this? What if this decision allows me to reach my dreams? The unknown shouldn’t be looked at as a dark cloud over your head, it should be approached from a neutral site, considering all outcomes.
With Love,
